Cancelation Policy

Any cancellations made  within 36 hours before the charter begins will result in the loss of the security deposit. The charter cost, if paid, will be fully refunded. We also offer the option to reschedule the charter time and/or date, in which case the security deposit will be retained.(Reschedule within the month) Additional charge for charters request after 10:00pm

Refund Policy for Cancellations Due to External Factors

In the event of extreme weather such as a hurricane, lightning storm or tornado where it is a danger to be on the water, the captain reserves the right to reschedule the charter at no additional fee. All payments are final and non-refundable. The Captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling.

Additional Important Information

Deposit is collected to secure the reservation full payment collected before charter leaves the pier. Please note that any services from third-party providers (e.g., catering, entertainment) are subject to the terms and conditions of their own contracts. We do not assume any responsibility for their services and are not a party to their contracts. Our Cancellation Policy, or specific terms thereof, may be amended in the best interest of the charterer if mutually agreed upon, and the charterer has received confirmation from us via messages, email, or in writing. All guest must sign a waiver upon arrival at our location before starting their tour/charter
